Clip, Clip, Clip, Clip Again

Awhile back we posted about giving Gletta and Morgun a trace clip along their necks and bellies. Today we gave Gletta a full body clip - her summer cut. Clipping is always an adventure and a lot of work.

Betty's starting the clip and the second picture shows how thick Gletta's coat is - even after shedding for almost two months:



Naturally, Morgunn has to come over to supervise and, when he sees something he doesn't like, he's not shy about giving Betty his opinion:



When Dan took over the clipping job, Morgunn kept a close watch on what's being done to his Gletta. When he got bored, he decided to try on Dan's cap:




After an hour and a half of hard work, here's the after picture. Gletta will be a lot more comfortable in our warmer, May weather:
